These Terms and End User License Agreement govern access to the Redwell Scientific website, storefront, product information, cart, checkout, communications, and related digital services.

Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with site operation, security, availability, or other customers. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to bypass access controls, checkout controls, rate limits, or security features.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, shipping estimates, and documentation references may change. Redwell Scientific may correct errors, update listings, limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse orders, or cancel orders when needed.
Products are offered for laboratory use. They are not marketed as drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, household products, or products for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, injection, ingestion, human use, veterinary use, or clinical use.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance, availability, fulfillment, shipment, or future access. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information and for maintaining account confidentiality when accounts are offered.
Payment authorization or payment receipt does not require Redwell Scientific to fulfill an order that cannot be accepted due to availability, address issues, compliance review, suspected misuse, payment problems, or operational constraints. Approved cancellations are refunded through the original payment method when available.
Redwell Scientific may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Redwell Scientific grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for browsing products, managing a cart, placing permitted orders, reviewing policies, and communicating with customer support.
You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create competing services from the website, software, page designs, product records, images, or documentation except as allowed by law.
The website, visual design, software, content, trade names, product presentation, and related materials are owned by Redwell Scientific or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by website access or product purchase.
Website features may change, pause, or end at any time. Redwell Scientific may suspend access when needed for maintenance, security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
